1. Must be at least 17 years of age OR
2. Have a valid ID such as Driver's License, State Issued ID, or Passport
3. Have a valid social security number or ITIN number
4. Have a high school diploma or transcript showing graduation date OR

• Have a recognized equivalent of a high school diploma such as a home-schooled certificate by the state where the student resided during home school or a General Education Diploma (GED).
• Have a minimum 10th grade education AND have a passing ATB (ability-to-benefit) exam with approved passing scores of Verbal 200 and Quantitative 210.
• If high school diploma was attained outside of United States, Foreign Country, the diploma must be translated and verified by an approved foreign credential evaluation agency ( https://tea.texas.gov/texas-educators/certification/out-of-state-certification/certification-based-on-credentials-from-another-country)
